RISST started with its two Canadian founders of Indian ethnicity Arun Malhotra , a 10+ year UK FCA and Canadian CPA who has worked for the Big 4 accounting firms, and Harpal Dhaliwal an experienced international entrepreneur in, education, hospitality, transportation etc. The founders immediately engaged two other individuals Frank Gerlach a R&D Tech Engineer with 20 years experience including work experience with Spar aerospace Canada arm program, to develop RISST patented tech. RISST Ltd also enlisted the help of Dr VH Kirpalani PhD Marketing and Oxford graduate with 20+ years of international marketing experience to assist with international marketing strategy development and direction for it’s patented tech. RISST patented Tech development took 3 to 4 years and an additional an additional 5 to 6 years for the worldwide BAID Tech patents.
